During the investigation, Dean Jiang Difei reported to the investigation team on the basic development of the Provincial Institute in recent years, operating status, main problems, and future development ideas, and requested the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development to report on the project, technology research and development, qualification declaration, and BIM Provide policy or financial support for technology promotion and application, general contract development of projects, and construction drawing review mechanism. At the same time, our institute showed to the research team the performance of survey and design in recent years.

 

After listening to the report of our institute, Director Song Luming fully affirmed the remarkable achievements made by the provincial institute in recent years and its contribution to the province’s urban and rural construction, and said that our institute’s suggestions for the province’s survey and design industry are very realistic. The provincial government will further improve policies and measures to promote the healthy and orderly development of the industry.

 

Deputy Director Yao Yingjie emphasized that as a leading and benchmark enterprise in the survey and design industry, the Provincial Institute must clearly understand the situation, focus on new urbanization construction as the main battlefield, provide technical support services, and put forward three suggestions for the development of the Provincial Institute: 1. It is to increase confidence and follow the trend. Accurately understand and grasp the industry development trend under the new normal, and follow the trend of the new normal. Promote the reorganization of the economic structure under the new normal of the economy to achieve optimization and upgrade; promote the reshaping of growth drivers and achieve innovation-driven; promote the improvement of development quality and achieve higher benefits. At this stage, we will strive for greater development space and play a greater role in urban quality upgrading, rapid transportation systems, residential industrialization, green buildings, and sponge cities. Second, technological innovation must be deeply integrated with related industries. Relying on the advantages of technology and talents, paying attention to the dynamics and development trends of domestic and foreign scientific and technological progress, selecting key technological innovation topics in terms of resource conservation, green and low-carbon, circular economy, strategic emerging industries, growth industries, and urbanization construction to create high-end , Leading technical expertise.
