Project Profile

Kai-lin International Building project is located in Changsha Yuelu District Binjiang New City D-3-1 plots, 23 meters east Riverside Landscape Road, north of commercial residential land, east and south of public green space, is the spacing of Changsha Class Ⅱ construction area . The surrounding environment is rich in landscape resources, east to the Xiangjiang River, north of the ancient camphor park, south and adjacent to Shi Jiagang Park. A, B, C and D buildings are planned on the ground. The basement is a three-storey basement, and the frame A-B and C-frame are adopted. The net area of the project is 33727.36m2, with a total construction area of 281890.13m2.
