Project Profile

The project is located in Xiangya Hospital of Changsha City, east of Cai E North Road, the net land area of about 8360 square meters, a total construction area of 78,380 square meters, the base planning a tower for the 25 layer, Xiangya Hospital for medical teaching and medical research teaching and research floor. The teaching and research building 10 to 25 layer is mainly used for the experiment, research, 1 to 9 layer is mainly used for teaching, public housing, underground three main parking garage and equipment room, teaching part of the building area of about 24600 square meters, Scientific research part of the building area of 32500 square meters, students, staff canteen construction area of about 2400 square meters, the rest of the underground garage and equipment space construction area of about 18830 square meters.
