Project Profile

JinCheng is located in Binjiang New Town, between YinPingLing Bridge and Sanchaji Bridge (West Second Ring Road), on the west side of Xiaoxiang Road and north of Fuyuan Bridge. The project is planned to have B-2-2 and B-5-1 two plots, construction in two phases. There are 9 high-rise residential buildings, a 4-storey complex building and a 2-storey single-storey shop. The net land area of the project is 39049.5m2 and the total building area is 122683.27m2, among which: Construction area of 105810.01m2, underground construction area of 16873.26m2.
