Project Overview

Hunan First Normal College Youth Teacher Dormitory This project is located in Hunan First Normal College, Changsha City, Yuelu District, Maple Road, Dongfanghong Lu on the west side of the road. The north side of the site, the east side of public green space, the south side of planning for College of Continuing Education, the west side of the two 6-storey dormitory. For the young teachers turnover dormitory, the project total land area of 726670.3m2, with a total construction area of about 449273m2. Which has been built area 261153m2, the proposed area: 16071m2, to be built area: 172049m2. The design includes two 16FS6 apartments and 1F Corridor.
