HD provides market-competitive salary system, in which graduating student has a probationary period of one year; probationary period wages consist of a fixed wage and job subsidies; additional reward is for whoever has particularly outstanding job performance; social talents’ wages consist of a fixed wage and a floating wage; floating wage depends on task quantity and quality individual completes;

Working hours
